The Operations Team core competency lies in the fact that the team consists of district experts who are able to provide clients with in-depth knowledge on pricings and golden nuggets of information specific to a particular location. Team Leaders

Anthony Low (Districts 1, 10 & 11)

Anthony is the Director of Singapore Condo and Team Leader of SG Condo. He brings with him more than 10 years of real estate experience and an impressive sales record. He is currently in-charge of training new specialists and overseeing the operation of the whole team. Specializing in the Newton-Novena area and The Sail@Marina Bay, Anthony and his team have achieved more than 80% of the market share in these areas.

Marcus Wong (Districts 9 & 10)

A River Valley expert with more than five years of experience, Marcus not only has strong connections locally, he has sold to many international high-profile clients from China and Indonesia as well.

Nicholas Goh (District 3)

Nicholas Goh is a Director of SG Condo with more than eight years of experience under his belt. As a specialist focused on properties in Singapore’s lower south area, he has played a key role in closing many sales and rentals deals in projects like Queens, Tanglin View and Studio 3. In fact, he was responsible for closing 50% of the sales and rental transactions over the past five years in these districts.

Andrew Lim (Districts 4 & 5)

As a Director of SG Condo specializing in properties in the upper south area, Andrew has more than 10 years of experience in the real estate sector and an impressive portfolio to reinforce his passion for his job. He has a closing rate of 95%, and seldom misses the goals that he is assigned to. He is the specialist to call for properties in the Holland Village, One North and One Rochester areas.

As the manager of SG Condo, Brandon has more than 6 years of experience to offer and has specialized in the Sentosa Cove projects for the last 2 years. Brandon understands that special attention and needs are to be met in this place, that is set to become one of the world's most exclusive oceanfront residential community.

Closing about 50% of the sales transactions for the Oceanfront and the Berth, he is one of the few specialists that you can count on.

Lynnis Cheng (District 3)

With a closing rate of 70% and 4 years of experience, Lynnis is definitely someone you can depend on to ensure that you get a good price within a short period of time.

The Newton Team (Districts 10 & 11)

The Newton Team consists of Sharon Lee, Celine Tay and Tia. Both Celine and Tia have graduated with a diploma and degree in Real Estate Business respectively. Focusing on the Newton district since 2004, their key projects include Newton One, Amaryllis Ville, Park Infinia, Newton Suites, Residences@ Evelyn and Scotts High Park.

 

Corporate Team

The Corporate Team comprises of talented staff that are responsible for establishing appropriate leasing for office space and accommodation for employees of multinational companies’ (MNCs). The team takes care of office space and residential leasing needs for about 100 MNCs and works closely with relocation firms to streamline the entire moving process.

Team Leader: James Wong

Heading the Corporate Team is James who has over a decade of experience in corporate leasing of offices and condominiums. He has single-handedly worked with and managed the needs of more than 100 MNCs and his understanding of the Japanese language and culture has helped the company seal many corporate accounts from a country renowned for its high standards and efficiency.

The Singapore Condo founders were determined to be the catalyst of change.

The real estate industry had been long dominated by agents who would lease and sell properties on an ad hoc basis. Although the simplistic brokerage system worked well to meet the needs of consumers of the 1980s and 1990s, it wasn’t fulfilling the needs of the new breed of consumers. The founders who were on the frontline of executing and securing the transactions noticed that buyers of the new millennia were becoming more diverse and sophisticated in their purchases. These characteristics were especially pronounced among customers interested in properties within the core central region (CCR) and rest of central region (RCR).

Some customers were seen to prioritize location of the property, while others would highly regard property facade, built up area, space compartmentalization, concepts, investment yield, status level and much, much more. Then there was always the personal taste and preference of the individual buyer to consider. The constantly evolving needs of consumers posed a problem to real estate agents were just not savvy or knowledgeable enough to help this group of individuals. They would find it challenging to handle the complex risk appetites of buyers, source for the most appropriate project to fulfill investment goals which could be short, medium or long term in nature.

The mismatch between customers’ needs and what agents could deliver led to many unsound investments. To compound the problem, there has always been a lack of well-researched, in-depth analyses and information on specific districts. Media reports have lacked a micro perspective of developments.

The lack of development centric information and specialized agents prompted the founders of Singapore Condo to pioneer a change in the real estate industry. The necessity to streamline the decision-making and investment process to meet the complex needs of today’s affluent investors became highly essential. In order to fill the gaping void in the market, Singapore Condos founders established the following two-prong approach –

1.    A real estate research and investment consultancy entity offering differentiated views on property investments —Singapore Condo.
2.    A strategic Operations and Corporate Arm to help customers execute their investment strategy through district specialists.—SG Condo

The investment cycle begins with research and analysis that is conducted in house.  It is through this in-depth research and analysis that Singapore Condo can pinpoint promising investments and ascertain trends in the property industry. Together with the expertise of our real estate specialists, Singapore Condo is then able to advise and assist our clients in buying, selling or leasing their properties. In the case of leasing, Singapore Condo then takes on property management responsibilities such as engaging moving agencies, electricians and much more. A second round of buying/selling then takes place. A portion of the funds received through these services is then reinvested into research and analysis to support the continuation of the investment cycle.
