The 2 coves located at the Sentosa are known as the North Cove and South Cove. By 2010, they will comprise of an estimated 2,500 99-year leasehold homes of which over 2000 are condomiuniums and the rest landed units. Don't expect any more government land sales for Sentosa Island as all the land parcels have been sold to developers and individuals!
Area wise Sentosa Cove spans 117 hectares. It is Singapore’s first-of-its-kind residential development that offers individuals an exclusive lifestyle that encompasses fine dining and exclusive recreational activities.
