Did you know that there are 3 artificial islands that make up the Sentosa North Cove – Cove Island, Paradise Island and Treasure Island. All 3 islands are surrounded by an artificial marina enclosed by reclaimed land. These islands that make up the North Cove will contribute up to 1,528 homes or 60% of the total housings available in Sentosa Cove

Of these 1,528 homes, 829 are condominiums units and only 567 of them have sea views. To date, The Azure, The Berth by the Cove and The Coast @ Sentosa Cove have already obtained the Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP), which indicates a development is fit for living.

The Azure
The Azure is an exclusive 116-unit development, located at the tip of Sentosa Cove, offering unhampered 180° sea views. When Azure was launched, the demand for units was so great that developers raised prices by 10% in a matter of days. Two weeks from its launch only 3 units were left and prices for units had gone from $930 to $950 psf to $1,100!

The Berth @ Sentosa Cove
The first condominium development that was launched and completed in Sentosa Cove, this development consists of 15 six-storey blocks and provides an array of facilities, including 25 berths for private yachts.
There are 188 two- to four-bedroom apartments and penthouses, ranging from 1,012 sq ft to 3,369 sq ft. Another two 6,028 sq ft duplex sky villas have a balcony lap pool each.

The Coast
Situated on the longest coastal stretch of Sentosa Cove, The Coast is the only condo in this premier residential enclave to feature views of both the South China Sea and the waterways of Sentosa Cove for all units. The property comprises a selection of 249 three- and four-bedroom apartments, and luxury penthouses.

The Oceanfront @ Sentosa Cove
There are 264 units, comprising 107 units with sea views. It offers 235 two- to four-bedrooms apartments ranging from 1,216 sq ft to 4,284 sq ft, eleven sky suites of 3,326 sq ft to 5,038 sq ft, two villas measuring 4,585 sq ft to 4,704 sq ft and 16 sky villas of 2,745 to 8,095 sq ft.

Designed by the award-winning architect Wimberly Alison Tong, the Oceanfront offers two visual axes—one faces the marina and the other faces the sea. What’s even more special about the Oceanfront is that developers City Development incorporated solar-powered eco-roofs to the development. There are 290 carpark lots for the residents’ use too.
