August 2009 Issue: Sentosa Cove - Fourth Article

This is the fourth, and the last, in a series of 4 small articles of "Did you know" on Sentosa Cove.

Did you know that the Pinnacle Collection at the Sentosa South Cove is the most expensive land sold for condominium development at Sentosa cove?  It was sold at a hefty $1,822 psf ppr.

Like the North Cove, the South Cove also comprises of man-made islands – Sandy Island and Pearl Island. These 2 islands are to comprise of an estimated 37 luxurious bungalows. South Cove will also be home to 915 condominums, 20 strata-titled landed housing. To date only Turquoise and Seascape condo units were launched for sale at end-06 and early-07 respectively.

Turquoise
Turquoise comprises two six-storey blocks with attics. Fronted by a waterway near the fairways for golf course views, it is characterized by full condo facilities including 21 private berths. The property has 91 units: 78 three- to four-bedroom apartments ranging from 2,088 sq ft to 3,035 sq ft, 10 duplex penthouses ranging from 3,111 sq ft to 3,746 sq ft featuring private spa pools and terraces, and three sky villas measuring 6,900 sq ft to 7,987 sq ft with private sky gymnasiums, infinity lap pools and terraces. Units are still available for sale.

Seascape
Ho Bee Group is building a 151-unit property situated in Sentosa. Located by the sea, the development offers breathtaking views of the island. Each unit features large balconies shaped like the hulls of a majestic vessel. Penthouses come with a private pool that surrounds the living and dining areas, offering generous room for lounging. The property also has amenities including a concierge service, clubhouse, gymnasium, and beautiful water features.

Elevation Golf Villas
It is the only land parcel in Sentosa Cove where a developer has the flexibility to design and develop either strata terrace, semi-detached or detached houses with shared recreational facilities. It plans to build 20 units, each about 6,000sq ft.
