Marina Bay Sands (MBS) will open on April 27.  Just like Resorts World Sentosa (RWS), Singapore’s second integrated resort will also open in phases. However, MBS has detailed the date of the opening of its various attractions which is different from RWS. In addition, it was told that a grand opening ceremony has been planned for June 23 when visitors are able to enter the Skypark and several other attractions. With the two IRs, Singapore hopes to attract 17 million visitors, who will spend $30 billion, to the country by 2015. In addition, it is expected that $5.4 billion will be added to the economy yearly and also 20000 jobs to be created.
