The lure of The Sail condominium has attracted the Singapore glitterati. A famous local TV broadcaster owns a 1,033 sq ft 2-bedroom bay view unit at the iconic development, renting it at $6,000 per month, $500 above the market price of $5,500.

Another famed owner at the sail, an ex-TV actor, owns a 883sq ft.  2-bedroom bay view unit. He’s collecting a whopping $6,300 per month in rental revenue, much higher than the market price of $4,500 - $5,000 for a unit of that description.

Both the TV broadcaster and the former actor were able to secure great rental deals thanks to the negotiation expertise of their SG Condo agent.
